In the before pictures you will see that this window was wrapped in aluminum. All that does is compound the problem for home owners. By only replacing the window and not the window & the frame, you are doing a quick fix. It is only a matter of time before you will see problems. As shown in the after pictures, by replacing the window and the frame and using straight flash and spray foam insulation this will be more efficient and longer lasting.
